Eric Kalmbach
Managing Director

As Chief Executive Officer of NorthGrid Solar, Eric Kalmbach offers a wealth of professional experience and knowledge of the Solar PV business that helps drive the company’s product and service strategy, and positions the company to win in the marketplace. Eric manages EPC delivery, costing, and vendor relationships for NGS. 

 

Noel Muttupulle
CFO

Noel provides strategic business advice and oversees all of the financial activities for the NorthGrid group of companies. He has contributed to the profitable operations of the business since it’s founding and is a key senior management team member. He has a MBA from Rotman School of Management; University of Toronto. Noel’s professional qualifications include a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). More importantly, he has over 15 years of hands-on senior management experience. 

Dave Kalmbach
VP, Projects

As Vice President of Projects for NorthGrid Solar, Dave Kalmbach is responsible for planning and implementation of all projects undertaken by the company. This includes responsibility for IESO and LDC applications and impact assessments, building and ESA permits, ongoing contract management, and coordination with our construction team for a successful installation and commissioning.

Jason Kalmbach
VP, Technology

Jason Kalmbach is the Vice President of Technology for NGS, providing leadership and operational management to the engineering and system design aspects of the company’s solar systems. He is responsible for the development of innovative and proprietary mounting configurations and plant assembly processes, and manages solar site analysis and project consulting functions.

John Kalmbach
Director of Construction

On-site installation activities are the responsibility of John Kalmbach, Construction Manager for NorthGrid. This includes logistical planning and coordination, safety and security, supervision of work, facilitating inspections and overall conformity to plans. He is adept at keeping team members focused on the work schedule and keeping stakeholders engaged and informed of progress. Mr. Kalmbach’s keen attention to detail ensures the safe and successful completion of each project undertaken.
